@kingmafi6699 thanks for ur advice .. but i am sure that i lost pure fat .. and i gained muscles ^ ^ … it was difficult but not impossible .. my diet was based on counting calories .. i eat less fat and more fibre moderate carbs and sugars and lets say enough protein for the sake of not losing muscles .. and every thing goes as planned . i still stick to my point this video wasnt bad after all .

Some foods you should be eating MORE off rather than less. And it’s great that you lost weight but keep in mind that you could just as easily be losing water rather than body fat or the more potentially dangerous visceral fat.

That is awful advice, If it was that easy so many people wouldn’t be overweight. It is true that self control is important but simply eating less is not sustainable. You can eat less one meal but then start overeating the next meal. The solution lies in eating foods that contain alot of protein and have minimal saturated fats and sugars. Furthermore people need several hours of excersize to expend enough calories and how many people have enough time to do such things? It just won’t work.

Don’t avoid …
Don’t avoid nutrient-dense foods just because of the calorie count! If you cut down on grains and eliminate sugar and processed foods, your calorie intake won’t actually be that much. You need protein to be healthy! Fat is not bad for you. eating fat doesn’t make you fat; eating processed, high-carb, empty calorie foods is what will make you fat.
