The best way to lose weight fast (along with a Healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout. Please be advised that these are advanced Exercises and you should not perform them if they are beyond your skill level.
