A few years ago, my favorite food around the holidays was pumpkin pie so I decided to make a Healthy crustless variation. I let the people in my family taste this one and they said it tasted better than the store bought kind. This makes a great treat that will make you feel like you’re cheating on your diet, but you really won’t be! That’s what the Lean Body Lifestyle is all about – being creative with food in your diet. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy this one.
You will need:
2 cups of 100% pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of stevia (or truvia)
4 egg whites (equal to 1/2 cup of liquid egg whites)
1 cup of skim milk (or low-fat)
1/2 tbsp. of cinnamon or nutmeg
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or vanilla extract)
